Poker Night encounters error

I have downloaded and installed Poker Night. It looks like it's going to run, I see the opening screen and go down the elevator, but then the screen goes blank and I get a windows message that the game has encountered an error.

I am using windows XP with a radeon 9350 video card. Is there something I can do to make this work? I have already cycled through the installation process several times.

    Are you sure it is a radeon 9350, not a 9250?
    The latter has issues with TTG Games, and someone had the same problem with poker night with it.
