Sam and Max: 305 : Big Camera Issue

I have been enjoying Sam and Max, episode 3 (With the exception of 'they stole max's brain', that was mind-numbingly weird to twist the gameplay) and I have had problems with The Game 'Sam and Max: 305: The City that dares not sleep'. I have put 48 minutes into it off steam, and There is a bug. After I was dis-transformed from being a vaccum cleaner, I went to see siybil in the leg room. The camera didn't follow sam, and instead stayed locked on the tube. This happened in other rooms inside max, just slight difrences (ex: camera by Desoto instead of tube). Please help. Because of this camera issue, I can't click on the right things and play the game, therfore, the game is broken due to the camera.

I am playing this off steam, My account is called 'Luaokii'.
Please help.

I restarted the game, still, same problem.
