Back to the Future ep 2 AND 3 - Loading.....

Hi,
Im having a few problems with back to the future ep 2 and 3.

When I click on the shortcut the telltale screen opens with "loading" at the top but nothing else happens. (I am connected to the internet)

I can run ep 2 and 3 through the ep1 launcher but this doesnt create a save game file

why cant i run the program through the ep 2 or 3 launchers ?

    Are you on a school or business server? Do you have any firewalls in place?

    its a home pc. I think there is a firewall in place (Zone alarm)

    If you can turn that off, try doing so. It might be interfering with the launcher. You literally only need to log into the launcher and have it connect to our site once ever (per episode), so if that works you can turn it back on right away.
