BTTF Ep 1 - Provide guide to save games

Hi,
I have installed Back To The Future Episode 1 on my Windows 7 64-bit computer.

I am having issues saving the game and there are no AutoSaves. I played all the way through to 1931 and the courthouse and still do not see it.
I have downloaded the episode again from the Telltale website and reinstalled but still see the same issue.

At what point in the game should the Save/Load screen become available?

Are there any patches for this game? Any tips that I need to do.

I am getting really sick of watching the unskippable intro sequence. I wish I could skip that :(

    Well there you go. I have now tried running as Administrator and now I have the Save/Load menu.

    Go figure.

    I still wish the intro was skippable
