[Poker Night] I'm having trouble with this game...

My problem is so bad I can't even play the game. Lemme walk you through.

I set all the graphics to 1 and such, and everything to make the game as smooth as possible. So I decide "yeah, this is going to be great" "RANDOM ERROR REPORT AT THE SAME FREAKING SPOT". As you go down the elevator and you see Sam in the background, it randomly freezes and needs to close down. It's always at that spot. If I try to skip it, it freezes AGAIN. I'm sure if I can play TF2 almost perfectly smoothly I wouldn't have a problem.

Can anyone help me out? I want items and want to pwn AI.

Oh, and sorry for putting it in the wrong forum. My bad. :3

    Have you tried redownloading and reinstalling the game?

    Can you please post dxdiag log?

    Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
    Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.

    Now click on the button that says "save all information".
    It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.

    Then zip the file and attach it to a reply in this Thread.
