I thought Justin Beiber would be Timmy. And John Cena as Jorgon Von Strangle.

Awesome, Denzel sounds like, well, Denzel!

Also, disappointed about the lack of Tootie's glasses.

What does this have to do with Sonic?

The only person who could have ever done a watchable live action Fairly Oddparents film is John Hughes, because he would've used ACTUAL KIDS!!!!!!

It... comes out rather quickly? Timmy Turner has equally spikey hair? Internet?

Wait in channel chasers he lost his fairys at 18. But in this Crocker said hes 24.

That is not Crocker. Martin Short is Crocker. No one else should ever play Crocker in live action.

The one in the trailer don't even have an ear on his neck!

This shit is scarier than Super 8.

Why is Poof still a baby?

And I thought this couldn't take a bigger shit all over the FOP name. Then I saw the trailer.

Disappointed that Tootie doesn't have glasses. Disappointed that Drake Bell is Timmy Turner. Disappointed in the entire concept, really.
  • edited June 2011
Tootie seriously needs her glasses. It's what made Tootie Tootie. And seriously, it's not like glasses would make Daniella Monet less pretty. I mean, heck, there are trendy glasses. In fact, there are people who just wear glasses as a fashion statement. They don't even need glasses!

Hey. Hey, Frederator. Instead of... this..., weren't you supposed to be making me a Neverhood movie? Huh? Huh!?

... What's that? You're not involved in this movie? THEN WHY THE EXPLETIVE AREN'T YOU MAKING THE NEVERHOOD MOVIE RIGHT NOW!?

LOLOLOL the guy playing crocker is playing that PERFECTLY!! otherwise it's kinda crummy looking.

are they still making episodes of FOP? I haven't really seen anything for the last two years, but then again I havn't really watched nick for awile... This used to be my favorite show of all time, It was very much like phineas and ferb, it didn't dumb itself down just because kids were watching ^_^

Weird, kinda bad. Though I'm glad Cosmo and Wanda is animated. And, I kinda want to watch this. Simply because it's an interesting concept. Not good, just interesting.

Yeah, because that's the worst way to have Cosmo and Wanda in a live action movie, right? Oh, wait-

    I stopped at the motercycle.
A few ideas to fix the movie
    ACTUAL KIDS
Why is Cosmo and Wanda animated, but Jurgeon is not?
scratch the idea all together, it might be worse than how The Last Airbender portayed the Avatar show.
Ok scratch this movie got the names right, thats more than The Last Airbender.:D

The point was that Timmy is all grown up, so I don't think it'd make sense if he was played by an actual kid. I'm actually kinda glad about that. It'd be even weirder if they try to make a kid look like Timmy, so it's better to change the character himself.

    But... Drake Bell?
Im glad Nick is still giving him an acting job(Id prefer Drake and Josh), but does he even have buck teeth?

I don't think they're looking for people with real buck teeth (that would make the potential actors list way shorter). Also, I don't see anything wrong with casting Drake Bell. I mean, there might be better actors out there, sure, but he's a former Nick star, and he's got the right hair color. Why not?

    WELL.

    Tootie looks hot.

    And that's about it.

If that was what they were primarily looking for (aside from, you know, having good acting skills, though i'm not really sure about that either), they wouldn't cast Danielle Monet. I'm not really against that, but just sayin'.

They're too busy working on season four of Adventure Time (although we actually aren't supposed to talk about it).

I'm guessing Nick was just looking for someone Nick fans like with decent acting skills. Drake Bell's okay. Drake and Josh was one of the last Nick shows I watched before I grew out of it.

I think it would be even more unsettling him having buck teeth in live action.

I've never gotten into it. I don't know, whenever I tried to watch that show, it just made me feel bad and want to watch the reruns of Pete & Pete instead.

Considering the character has liked girls before, a sudden burst of teen hormones being what finally has him "for reals grow up" is pretty nonsensical. The concept itself is stupid anyway, since it's not about accepting responsibility, becoming self-sufficient, or anything else that has to do with real adulthood, but instead middle school hornyness that legitimizes him as a grown-up. One step at a time I guess.

He sees past Trixie's good looks to Tootie's personality. They do this by making Tootie really hot.

And, one would assume, a million times less overtly obnoxious.

That's not gonna be hard. Unless she starts acting like her older sister.

I must once again bring up The Last Airbender.
"I made it so the firebenders can't create fire becauses it seemed unfair" THAT WAS THE POINT!
At least they got the name "Timmy" right.

Thats all I'm going to say about this. Butch Hartman is proving that he's more of a sellout than Seth macfarlene.
