Anyone here collect comic books?
I'm a collector. I'm not a freak about it. I have more than I can count in a week, but I don't have THAT many.
I just got done reading the Terminator versus Superman story. And I just started Predator versus Superman. I was thinking about buying the rest of the story, but I didn't really think the first part was that good. Anyone read through the entire story?
Anyways, feel free to share other comic books. THANKS!

here's some of my favourites that I'd recommend to anybody!
Mad Love (Batman)
The Dark Knight Returns (Batman)
Sin City: That Yellow Bastard
Hellboy
Bone by jeff smith (big surprise!)
Usagi Yojimbo
Kingdom Come (by Alex Ross)
Shazam! and the Monster Society of Evil
The Killing Joke (Batman)
V For Vendetta
Then as I got older I didn't read comics, until the early 2000s when I got a taste for it again.
(I did watch the 90s Marvel cartoons, so I knew the basics)
The best comic series I have ever read, are the Evil Ernie

And exiles comic series:

(Both of these would have made fantastic animated series.)
My best friend did have a thing for 2000AD for a long time.
I forgot to answer your question! haha... I did not read those stories, no. I was never a fan of crossovers.
I started buying comics in 1990 right after Batman was big in the theatre. The first comics I ever bought were Ninja Turtles, Thor, and Silver Surfer.
The first issue of Amazing Spider-Man I ever bought was #345. I still remember the cover.
I don't even know what I have...

LOL THIS GUY! LOL! I like this guy...but still I keep all my comics and enjoy reading them.
Okay, Snob Mode off.
Me, I don't collect comics. I usually just buy the trade paperbacks of them. I got stuff like Bone, Eric Powell's The Goon (I highly recommend it), some Hellboy stuff, Mike Allred's Madman, Scud: The Disposable Assassin, Doug TenNapel comics, Invincible, Fables, and America's Best Comics stuff.
The only DC (Non-Vertigo or ABC) and Marvel stuff I have are Kyle Baker's Plastic Man comics and Warren Ellis' Nextwave. I like DC and Marvel, but I hate too much continuity.
Also, none of them are complete. I just buys what I finds.
Pfff, n00b.
I don't collect sequential art, I read it.
Uber-Snob Mode off.
:D:p
God, I miss Scud the Disposable Assassin.
Atomic Robo is pretty good... anyone read that?
D'oh! Atomic Robo! I also have that!
It's just that all my comics are in another place, and I can only make a list of the stuff I remember.
I also have Transmetropolitan.
Ahh another excellent choice! You'd probably enjoy Y:The Last Man also.
If you enjoy the Thor mythos at all, I highly recommend getting "Loki" by Esad Ribic.
I have nothing else to do so I was giving it, to read it while I work towards my recovery.
The only comic I have is that, but that is a volume containing 6 comics.
Going to get volume 2 when it comes out.
Other than that, I am not really in to comics.
