BTTF Episode 5 crashes early in game

I have tried playing it twice. It keeps cutting off at the same spot. At the begginning when Marty holds on to the machine and falls into the tent after FCB explaining why he thinks science is the problem. Not to mention the fact that I can only access the game by clicking play now after downloading. (different problem with Adobe Acrobat. PS. How can I uninstall Adobe acrobat when it is not listed at uninstall a program?) I already tried the shadowing at the first episode. So that is either not the problem or should be completely no shadowing. It stops in the middle or near the end of loading. Please help. What should I do?

    your lucky it won't even play for me !! i clicked on play after downloading it from steam waited for it to load up but it seams to crash staight away grr...
