[TOMI] Chapter 2 wont load

Hi all, just completed chapter 1 'Launch of the screaming narwhal' but after looking through the telescope the game then launches into the titles and says it can be continued in chapter 2, but no luck, and no options, only resume play which takes me back to on deck at previous save ??:confused:
