There's a lot of them. FRAPS was the one everyone used back in my WoW days.

Can anyone recommend one that gives good quality, one can speak during gameplay and not have it go out of sync on, but not gigs upon gigs of output.

Let me know how it is. I've been thinking about downloading it or something similar myself. I never used it back in the day, I just know that's what everyone seemed to use.

Ugh, FRAPS... I used FRAPS for that once, and I ended up with a two hour video that took up some ungodly amount of space. Like over 100 GB, I think. Unfortunately, that leaves Livestream Procaster as my best idea. And unfortunately, I can't find a way to make it use both game and mic input for audio in Windows XP.
