    Which is both redundant and reinforces my pet peeve of people spelling Telltale "TellTale"
    ...

    I feel like this thread should seriously be closed now. (Or switch the name to "Don't spell "Telltale" "TellTale"!)

    Breaking the rules does not mean you don't lose. You still lose.

    Ha! I agree. My whining has served its purpose: To get Support's attention with regards to shipping. And that's been addressed, and Amy was very professional about it.

    I haven't heard anything regarding shipping or a refund for the canceled Sam and Max bundle.

    I think Dan Connors was saying Telltale's game sales have increased 1000% in 1 year. I don't think the support staff reflects this adjustement in sales though. They obviously need more resources. I can understand people's frustration. I placed an order which basically took 5 months and many emails and posts on the forum to even get to me. Hopefully Amy gets some help over there.

    @Hero

    We're actually changing shipping companies which should cut down on our issues tremendously. :)

    Cool. Am I actually getting the stuff in MY order? You've kind of been holding onto my money for awhile now....
