BTTF Launcher kernel panic (mac)

Played the game fine without incident the first time (Episode 1), but now when i get to the launcher and try to do anything, I get a kernel panic and am forced to hard reboot. Is there a way to completely uninstall and reinstall?

osx 10.6.6
2.66 ghz i7
NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M

    If your computer is suffering from kernel panic Mac problem then you must format your computer. This will fix the error but delete the data which can be restored again by the backup. IF you are unable to restore the data from backup or data has lost then use data recovery software to recover the lost files.
