[BTTF] Episode 5 - Game Crashes at Loading part.

When I get to the loading part, right after Officer Parker has disappeared, the game screen goes white then crashes and gives me an error report.
I’m using an XP and the past episodes have all been perfectly fine so far.

Any ideas? Do I need instal a patch or something?

    That sounds a lot like this crash.
    Some people were able to get past it by increasing the graphics quality level to 5.
