erorr play back to the future eps.1

hai telltale masters , i have question , why i can't inning play back to the future eps.1 , after i clik play , and loading , the computer give me information if the game stoped working , i used windows 7..... (i'm sorry if my english language is bad).. thanks...:D

    I have the same problem...I suppose.
    When I run the game I receive no error nore nothing, when I check the task manager the process BackToTheFuture_101 is running but doing nothing.
    I'm running Windows XP SP3 fully updated and NVidia 8300.
    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, running compatibility windows NT-2000-95-98 etc and I'm sure running with administrators rights.
