My BTTF Episode 2 Is a Black Screen
Hi
My bttf episode 1 is fine. I completed it, downloaded episode 2 and even rebooted... however, as soon as the credits in the beginning are through, I hear the audio but the screen is black.
I do see when the exclamation point!, inventory, hints and story so far icons pop up... but that's it. I can even click on those icons and see the screen they go to but that's it.
I just tried attaching my DxDiag.txt and got this message: DxDiag.txt:
Your file of 60.1 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 19.5 KB for this filetype.
Any thoughts?
Thanks for your support

It is possible that it won't work with your graphics card. The Radeon 9200 series cards have had display issues with TTG Games before.
You could try updating to the latest graphics driver, but that one is 5 years old too.
If that doesn't work, you could try the Omega Drivers instead.
Though not directly related with the issue, you should also install the latest sound driver, install Windows XP SP3 and enable windows updates. Windows XP SP2 is not supported by Microsoft anymore.
Okay...
Before doing all or any of that, I received my disc in the mail and installed all 5 games and they all seem to work fine EXCEPT for episode 2. This tells me that the problem can't be my computer. It seems to me there must be a glitch with the programming of episode 2 or at least something different that the programmers did with that particular episode. Otherwise why would only that episode be nonfunctional.
I'd like to forward this error report to somebody who'll fix it. Do you know who that would be?
I can't imagine I'm the only one with this issue. I do realize my computer isn't a top of the line hot gaming PC, but the Back To The Future Game doesn't seem THAT sophisticated compared with some of the stuff out there. I don't have the resources to upgrade my computer for any video game or anything else right now anyway. The thought crossed my mind, "Well, it's only a silly game and 4 out of 5 ain't bad." But this is Back To The Future!
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance for all your time and any effort.

Your best options to get it running soon are really updating your software, or getting a different graphics card. It might even help getting a graphics card that's 5 years old, and maybe someone you know has one of these lying around unused.
Man, time really flies... It was like yesterday I had this computer custom built.
Wait a minute, I've got a Time Machine! I'll just hop into the DeLorean and go back to 2004 when my computer was brand new! Problem solved!
Thanks :-)
