Deluxe edition shipping question

Hi guys I live in Norway and was wondering if I am able to download the digital version of jurassic park the game on November 15th ?
It might take some time before the deluxe edition gets delivered and don't want too wait so long before I get to play the game.

If you check out the item's page in the Telltale Store, you will notice that the expected ship date for the Deluxe Edition is December 15.
