Jurassic Park not in my games

I pre-ordered Jurassic park way back when before it was cancelled, and when you guys gave out the voucher for a free game, i said i just wanted my pre-order reactivated. I mailed a telltale team member and they told me that my pre-order was re-activated. But now that the games released and its not in my games to download.
