What keyboard key pauses the game while in use

edited November 2011 in Jurassic Park
I want to "Pause" the game while playing it, but cannot find the right key to do so. I am running it on a Windows 7 PC.
Neither the space bar or the "P" or "esc" keys do it. I must be an idiot because I do not see anyone else with this question.
Thank you

ESC and the space bar should both be taking you to the main menu.

I really hate the pause menu as it takes a while to load because of the dinosaurs and on mac I can't see any other windows without quitting the game :(

You're right. It needs some time, because the menu is loading the models.
However, if you want to get to the other windows you can switch to window-mode in the graphics menu. Unfortunately, you'll see the unattractive menu bar.

My problem is that in the previous TT games, hitting the "pause" button stopped also the subtitles, lettin you read them. I'm not english so it was a wonderful solution.
Now if I hit "pause" I cannot see the subtitles anymore. :(

I believe Michael Parks from Telltale answered your question above if you take a look. The ESC and spacebar keys both open the main menu, which in turn pauses the game.

I believe the OP wants something more along the lines of a dimmed image with the word PAUSE on his screen.
