Steam achievements not unlocking?

Completed 'Escape the water tower' flawslessly, Steam achievement not unlocked.

Am I missing something? or is anyone else having problem?

    you need to complete episode 2 part 11 (the end of episode 2) with no mistakes its when Gerry run to the water tower
