All telltale games human dialouge audio is glitchy?

Every game I have played, when ever a person talks, the audio is off, I can figure out what the problem could be, but sound effects, no matter what they are, sound fine. Sometimes for a literal second, the audio pops and I can hear perfect audio then the quality instantly degrades again. Using onboard HDaudio from an Asrock Xtreme Mobo, realtek, latest drivers.

    I have noticed this on the Mac version, but it's not overly annoying. I've found adjusting the sound mix (making the dialogue louder) improves it slightly.
