Episode 3 will not activate-Emails sent to support

I downloaded Sam and Max- Episode 3 from my order page and it would not activate. The first two episodes were fine. I have sent two emails to support over the last week that have gone unanswered. My dial-up is slow and it takes more than a few hours to download each episode. Any help would be appreciated, if I have to I will try to download again.

    Both of your emails were answered, the first within 6 hours and the second within one hour. Have you checked your junk mail folder? If you didn't get either one, send me a PM and I'll send you another key that way.

    Just in case anybody else had a similiar problem, I was sent activation emails but did not receive them, possibly because of my Hotmail account.

    Hotmail tends to send our emails into the spam folder, although it seems to have gotten better in the past few months.
