Sam & Max season 3 on PC

Hi there,

I've just bought the retail DVD version of the game a few weeks ago, and was going to try it out tonight. After installing and starting up on episode 1, I can basically do everything all right up to the point when I started using my keyboard, then the game froze on me. The music kept playing but the screen is frozen. The only way to get out of there is by a hard restart of the computer (can't force-stop the program in program manager either). It didn't matter which key I hit on the keyboard. I tried ESC, hoping to save, but frozen; tried ASDW to navigate Max, frozen again... Is there anyway around this?

Can you provide me with a DXDiag file, please?

To send a DXDiag, click the Start menu, click Run, and then type in DXDiag and press enter. After it loads, click Save All Information and save the file where you'll be able to easily find it. Open the file and then press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents of the file, and then include that in a reply.
