The steam updated Puzzle Agent 2 and now I can't play the play.

    I am having the exact same error. I bought both games during the Xmas sale and played the first one just fine, but PA2 wont get past the title screens without giving me the error in the picture above. Is no one else having this problem? I'm crossing my fingers for a quick solution I would like to play part 2!

    I have the same issue with this game. Bought it on Christmas sale and haven't been able to play it.

    Any chance this is going to be fixed in the near future?

    I don't know a definitive solution, but some people had success with running the game in "Windows XP SP3 Compatibility mode" and/or "as administrator".
