Mouse dragging

I had bought the downloaded version of BTTF and had difficulty with the mouse. The mouse is very hard to control and is dragging. Is there a solution to this problem. I thought if I bought the DVD version, I might have better results. I purchased the DVD and have the same problem.

    Have you tried reducing the graphics quality setting?
