I have already tried emailing support, but have not heard a response yet. Please let me know via email on what I can do thanks
Also has anyone else have this problem:
1.epsiodes 1 and 2 work fine
2.epsiodes 3-5 keep crashing. error "backtothefuture103.exe has stopped working"
says the same for each episode.
I have windows 7 ultimate x64
I tried running the exe/shortcut's as a administrator also while im in the admin account as the screen starts with the flux capacitor...fluxing, some opening audio then the above error occurs. I am a computer tech and I am lost on what is causing this??

A dxdiag could also be useful.
dxdiag
Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.
Open the file and press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents, and paste them in a reply by pressing CTRL-V.
Sometimes the Forums spam filter catches long posts like this. Don't worry, we can still see them and make them visible.
Booting clean in Windows Vista / 7:
1. Click Start --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter
2. On the General tab, choose Selective Startup
3. Uncheck Load Startup Items
4. Select the Services tab
5. Check Hide all Microsoft services
6. Click Disable all
7. If running the game on Steam, re-check the "Steam Client Service"
8. Click on OK
9. Click Restart.
10. After reboot, run the game to see if it works.
After performing the necessary steps, restore your system by doing the following:
1. Click Start --> Type msconfig --> Press Enter
2. On the General tab, choose Normal Startup
3. Click Ok
4. Click Yes, when asked to restart your computer

Intel graphics are often problematic with TTG games.
You could try updating to the latest graphics and sound drivers.
Since you can't get the game to start, you can try if it does when you set it to windowed mode, by pressing Alt-Enter, before it crashes.
If that doesn't work, you can try replacing the preps.prop files of the episodes.
