Jp wont's load error message

when we click on the desktop ican we get a Pop up 'could not load game data' we followed all the prompts so not sure if we should delete and download again - is this possible?

    Re-download seems to be your best option here, maybe a fail in the download caused the data to mess up therefore the computer can't load the game data

    Its not the download, its how you extracted it from the zip folder.

    1. Open it up in you unzipping program (I use WinRAR)
    2. There should be a green + thats says Extract
    3. Select the location to extract the installer to and install the game.

    As a side note, don't just drag and drop it onto your desktop or whatever.
