Bttf games wont work after being downloaded...please help:(
hey guys, can anyone help me with this problem??
I download the series tonight, and it downloads fine along with the direct x... then when i hit start new game it blacks out and gets me back to my desktop screen and the window comes up and says that
" a problem has caused the program to stop working correctly and windows will close the program and let you know if there is a solution to the problem."
I also tried to run the program as adminstrator and it does the same thing.
is this a settings problem? or a Driver problem? I'm not sure what to do...
any ideas??

Windows XP: Go to your start menu and click on run. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter
Windows Vista / 7: Press the windows key on your keyboard or click on the start menu. Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter.
Now click on the button that says "save all information".
It will prompt you to save a file. Save it where you can find it.
Open the file and press Ctrl+A followed by Ctrl+C to copy the contents, and paste them in a reply by pressing CTRL-V.

What is the exact Model of your Notebook (as printed on its bottom side)?
I noticed, that you don't have Windows 7 SP1 installed. I recommend that you enable Windows Update.
Also your drivers are quite old.
Please try updating your System with Lenovo's ThinkVantage System Update.
If it still doesn't work after the updates, please post a new dxdiag.
