Fantastic support from Telltale support.

I don't really go to posting things on forums, however the support from Telltale support staff Michael Parks deserves recognition.

I have purchased seasons 1 through 3 of Sam & Max. All but 101 Culture Shock activates.

Michael Parks has spent considerable time tweaking my account and looking into why my installation of Sam & Max 101 won't "connect to server" to activate.

This is what service is about. This and the great games Telltale produce makes this site worthy of our support.

Can't say that I have been able to get Culture Shock 101 to activate yet. Used Nortons 360 to clean the registry plus used another registry cleaner and checked entries with regedit. Checked firewall settings and everything else, yet still no go. I'm beginning to suspect my ISP provider.

Anyway as part of his customer service he is sending me all three collectors dvd's at no cost.

As a matter of principal I feel it only right to donate the equivalent cost to charity since he has done more than I expected of him.

So lets see some more posts about the service you gamers get from Telltale support!

You've posted this in completely the wrong forum, but yes Telltale Customer Support is excellent. Never had a problem with them.

It's nice to see someone complimenting them for once! That's not to say that they are usually bad, just that the only people who often feel the need to post are those who have often had a bad experience (which usually constitutes the problem not being fixed straight off, or responses not being instantaneous).

    What he said.

It's always nice to hear stories of people being, well, nice. Makes a very pleasant change.

Their service is so good that they shipped one of my orders on December 31, 1969. That was 21 years before I was born, and exactly 42 years ago. 42 really is the answer to life, the universe, everything, and Telltale shipping!

What good is it in 1969? We've got to get it back to the future, doc!
