Constantly having problems with law and order

I,ve had nothing but trouble with law and order. I've downloaded this game 5 times now. I know my Internet connection was a fast one. One of the times I got to play for one Sean with the maid but if froze up during gathering evidence. The last 2 downloads just ask me to buy the package again. I tried to down load episode two and was charged even though I bought the package.

    If you reinstall the game, you need to also redownload the Multi Pack. The device has no way of knowing that you own it until you've done that. If you're logged in with the same account you purchased it on initially, you will not be charged twice. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    If your device is locking up, try completely restarting it prior to loading the game.

    It doesn't do any good to get the multi pack if I've never gotten episode 1 to work.
