Why is TTG no longer sending mails?

Seriously, must have missed a ton of deals, game announcements and what-not from not getting any official mail since 04-06-11.
Did we ever get free shipping (waiting on that for my BttF DVD)? Don't they want to promote The Walking Dead (don't know jack about it)...

Or do they just hate me and send you guys mails...

    Their current E-mail sender apparently has some problems with some addresses. See this thread. I know if I were Telltale, I'd demand it be fixed fast, or I'd be finding another mailer, as missing mails mean fewer customers.

    Definitely.
    I mean, gmail... that's a pretty big player... and lots of people using it that are no longer reached :/

    I no longer get emails either, though, at my university account. Then again, I'm here all the time so I guess it's no real loss.

    I was going to say, the latest newsletter was only a week or so ago (when the Walking Dead preorder was launched). Mine arrived into Gmail fine.

    While I haven't been getting the e-mails either, I'm more disheartened by the fact that Telltale has not done anything for April Fools.

    I even made another account, with another e-mail.
    Nothing. It didn't work.
