Can't delete Telltale games folder from computer

Like the title says, I'm trying to uninstall Telltale Games Jurassic Park. I am unable to delete the Telltale Games folder. I receive an error telling me I am not an administrator (this account is the only administrator account on this computer).

I tried removing the program through the program removal tool found in the control panel. This does delete the game but it doesn't delete the Telltale Games file folder.

I have tried to modify file permissions, however, whenever I attempt to do so I receive an error telling me that access is denied. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate.

This is extremely frustrating. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    That's a Windows issue. If rebooting doesn't resolve it, you may want to try booting in safe mode and deleting the folder from there.
