No order confirmation?
Hullo,
I ordered a copy of Sam & Max Season 1 earlier today because everyone else at the office is playing it and I want to be part of the cool crew too. I've not heard anything since I pressed the big happy submit button though - no email saying "yes we'd love your money", and no activity on my PayPal account either. I don't seem to be able to log in with the username and password I provided then, either, and my registration for the forums hasn't complained that email addresses / usernames / passwords are already taken.
Admittedly it's been only been a couple of hours since I completed the order but I can't help being excited and I'm wondering whether I've not heard anything because you hate me, or whether it's just because the gremlins on the internet tubes are slowing things down. So I figured I'd post here first to check and see if it's just my impatience getting the better of me before bothering the lovely people at support.
Any ideas?

Also, I believe that PayPal sometimes takes a while to go through, as your payment has to jump through a couple extra hoops before being confirmed.
Aaaand, finally, the email/password you entered when you paid have nothing to do with a telltalegames.com user account - they're two separate databases (we know that's not as cool as having it all integrated, but it's a result of the payment processing services being handled by a third party) - so that's why it still said they were available when you signed up here.
Aww, don't worry about that. It's what we're here for.
I had a look at your order and I see what the problem is. I'm going to send you a PM in a minute with the details.
I don't remember getting an order number (if I did, I assumed I'd get a follow-up email and didn't bother writing it down). Emily's said it's the unholy combination of Digital River and PayPal uniting to create a hideous pain in the proverbial (ok, I admit I might have embellished her words slightly) but I'm hoping you guys can send some magic pixies to my aid
