[WD] help, super bug!

I am a MAC user.
it is the fourth time i reset my computer cause the game always stop at the same point.
i arrived when the bitten girl came out of her room asking for the gun to kill herself.
each time she ask for the gun the game stops!!!!
what can i do to solve this??????
it sucks so much!!

    if you use the steam version of the game maybe this could help:

    right click on the walking dead game in your library, go to properties, local files and choose "verify integrity of game cache...". wait for any downloads to complete and try again. hope i could help you.

    Do you get any error message?

    same problem here with the telltale version. it always stops at the same moment. i cant get out of the game only with the taskmanager... :confused:
