Will my decision in Walking dead keep to chapter 2?

As The Walking Dead launched, you sent me an activation code for steam since you had some problem with your website.

I have completed the first episode and am wondering if the next one will continue inside steam or will I have to download it from this website and if so, how will my decision from the first episode keep?

    You will be able to get the rest of the episodes on Steam. But the different versions (Steam vs Telltale store) are supposed to recognise each other's savegames, so you should be able to switch if you want to.
