Episode 1 (and any other episode) starts up, but for some reason the image is very staticy and I can't see anything. All the other telltale games I bought don't have this problem. So yeah, suggestions?

    In order to help you, the technical wizards of the forums (I'm not one of them, sorry...) will need to know more about your issue, such as what device you're playing on, the OS, what version of the game (the Steam or the Telltale one if you're playing on PC/Mac),...
    If it's the PC version, a dxdiag cannot hurt.

    Does it get better if you press Alt-Enter to put the game in windowed mode?

    Also, could you please post a screenshot of the problem, so i know what exactly you mean?

    Although not related to a graphics issue, i highly recommend updating to the latest Realtek HDA driver.

    That's great. You can try if it still works, if you set the games resolution to 1024 x 768, and switch to full screen.
