Full game price on Steam.

Search feature didn't work for me...
I bought the walking dead for pc on the Steam store for 25$ and later realised that only episode 1 is abailable...? Why charge for the full game right now if we are not getting the full game???
I'm comfused, can anyone clear this up for me?

    The game is episodic. One episode will be released per month for 5 months,like the comic. Episodes 2-5 haven't been released yet!

    Youll install them automatically when they are released.
