Helloooo... Anyone from Support out there??

I keep getting booted to the main menu and can't play past just after
the Jungle Hack scenario. Restarting the episode did not seem to work
either. What do I do?

Also, I've tried uninstalling the game, opting to delete my saved files, but even upon reinstalling, the scenarios I've played through are shown as completed, and I can't get beyond the jungle hack scenario.


I've sent an email about this twice, I've posted in the forums- this will be the third time. Do you guys even know HOW to fix this problem, or do you just continue to have awful customer support??
