Poker night: Microsoft VC Redlist Package Error. Please assist.

Whenever I attempt to load the game, steam will attempt to download a Microsoft VC Redlist Package. When it finishes that I get a black screen and a crash, saying that Celebrity Poker.exe has stopped working. 1/10 times does the game actually load. I want to find the answer, but so far I can't find it.

Please help.
