I don't like the tone in the sticky message

Good afternoon,

I have just recently seen your message last night about not asking questions and if you ask certain questions about when it's out this may result in a 24 hour ban. First let me let you know this is the first product I bought from you if I were to get banned or get a smart mouthed reply for someone who should be trained in customer service believe me this is the last product I will buy from you.

I understand most Moderators and Administrators come from the gaming community and have been involved in various Message boards before getting a job in the industry. Problem is you cannot take the same Forum Nazi approach when you run a business.

If you do not know how to talk to customers then perhaps you need to take a seat on the back burner and hire some actual customer service agents to handle your forum.

Again if you do not care or want my business then give me a smart mouthed reply or ban. If you want to keep my business and others please remember the old phrase, "the customer is always right"

    That post doesn't say, or imply, that anybody would be banned for asking a question. You might want to read it again.

    Seems you misunderstood that. Anyone creating false "IT'S OUT!!" announcements gets a 24hr ban. People don't get banned for asking WHEN an episode comes out.
