Can I get my money back?

TellTale, I supported you since the beginning, but things are getting out of hand. I bought the Season Pass on PSN Store the day it came available. When episode came out for Steam, that had problems also, but it was fixed after a few days and the Steam users got something back for it. After waiting roughly 3 months for the next episode to come out, I downloaded it right away. It doesn't work as countless others also share the same problem. I feel like myself and others got almost scammed from this. Pay $20 for SP, get ripped off by having to wait almost 3 months for a second part, and finally get it for it not to even work.

If we can't get our money back, will us SP users be reimbursed with something, or at least get an option to receive our money back, and if not all of it, the money that remains for the episodes not released [For example since Episode 1 is out, instead of getting all $20 back, we get $15 since we played it]. I really feel ripped off by this and would really like my money back if that is a possibility. If not, you definitely lost a customer for whatever games you have coming out "soon" as you call it.

I think the problems are mostly a byproduct of episodic content. This was my first foray into it and I was completely unprepared for being dragged into the development process like an unpaid tester. Lesson learned, next time I wait for the finished product.

All I want is my money back if I have to deal with all of this.

Agreed!! Some type of compensationis in order.....

It's only been 2 months and Telltale generally has a no refund policy. But you could always e-mail them and see what happens.

Got a kick out of the whole "Since the beginning" bit, especially after seeing your join date. Snarky asides aside, you should be yelling at Sony in this case (you know, assuming they actually gave refunds)

Maybe I didn't feel like joining before hand kid, or didn't have a chance too.

If you buy a game through Telltale, you're forced to create an account, which is reflected in your join date. Obviously, now your next move is to claim you got TTG's stuff on consoles. That is also complete BS, as all telltale's early stuff was PC exclusive.

You know what? You've gotten your answer to your question. If you wish to flame me, than A) you're more than welcome to PM me and B) may God have mercy on your soul.

    Have you ever thought

    A) You don't need to make an account because I have all the games on PS3 my PSN ID is BigeBigz_IS_Back and it is not my first PS3 account

    2) I played at friends houses

    3) Haters gonna Hate

    1. Already stated why that's false(they only just started putting games on PS3 anyway)

    B. Then you didn't support them did you?

    C. That isn't really a point is it?

I'm sorry but "I played at a friend's house" Does not mean you werewith them since the beginning.

whilst I have no opinion on your argument, this is false. I bought BTTF when it came out from the first episode and have been able to get on the site without wanting to or needing to getting on the forums until recently.

I only created a user name recently and up till then had logged on using my email address.

So my join date is reflected as June 2012 but by your comment it should be much earlier.

Like I said, no interest in the argument, but that comment is not accurate.

Not true. I purchased TWD Season Pass on Steam the day it came out. I just signed this up today. So like, that's just your opinion, man.

Like you guys know what I do on PS3 or not. Next thing you know you're going to say I have a Wii. I just never felt like making an account so stop bitching. I have the BTTF and WD game on this account and the Sam and Max one on my old account. Playing at a friends house... I am pretty sure that makes me with them from the beginning just because I didn't personally buy them. I don't know why you are being so defensive with the whole 'I am a fan' thing. Someone has no life.

There is nothing constructive going on in this thread.

I don't feel as if getting my money returned to me would be classified as a "refund" more like a reimbursement. A refund is given under the pretense that I received a service that I was not satisfied with. A reimbursement would be given to me because Telltale Games did not provide ANY service. I paid for The Walking Dead video game on PS3 and I did not receive the game. So now what? I'm just a sucker that gives away my money and Telltale is the jerk who tricks people into giving up their money?

Remember what I said earlier? If you want to flame me, then PM me over it as opposed to wasting an entire thread. At least then I can just stick you on a block list.

    I rest my case.

You're just the one starting stuff.

I'd like a refund or some kind of compensation.

I was disappointed with the BTTF game, but it wasn't terrible.

The debacle with release dates with the Walking Dead and then not even being able to download the 2nd episode after a near 3 month wait... It's ridiculous.

If a meal was delivered in the manner Telltale delivers its games I'd send it back and ask for either a complete refund or something knocked off the bill.
