The Walking Dead Ep 2 graphic glitch

So I went to play Ep 2 on Steam last night, and starting with the "previously on" I noticed random things were missing from peoples bodies, like half a face, I could see through their chests and so on. The first game ran very well on my PC, no problems at all.

I have

Steam
Windows 7 Home
ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Card

and everything seems to be up to date...anyone have any clues? I also have played with all the in game graphic settings and nothing worked.

    I know the first episode had some issues with ATI cards (the opening in the woods was a bit choppy). I have an ATI as well and had that issue. So, that may be it.

    Did it clear up after the woods scene?
