Mark Foreshadowing

Did anyone else pick up the fact that Mark was like he wouldn't want to be stuck in a room with Larry, when he was talking to Lee?? And then near the end Lee gets stuck in the Meat Room with Larry. I'd like to hear any other interesting things you guys found while playing that I might've not picked up on while doing my playthrough.
