TWD: All save files deleted...

So I just got ready to play my file of the Walking Dead game when I noticed that Telltale has gotten rid of my save files. What should I do? It seems that the game has gotten reset.

Edit: I am playing on the Mac version. All my achievements are still unlocked, but the save files have been erased.

    The same thing has happened to me as well and they have yet to respond to this in any of the other threads. I started out feeling hopeful that they'd try and help but it's been several days now..
