Episode 2 doesn't work (mac)

Hey, so I bought the season pre-order and got episode 1 just fine.
But it doesn't let me play episode 2... I get this black screen that just stays like that. I have the episode installed and everything but it doesn't work.
Could you guys help me out, because this looks like a big waste of money right now...

    same here but worse.. it won't even let me complete my download..

    already 10th time downloading in a row.. i'm more than super frustrated now..

    Yeah same thing happened to me bro
    Have you tried opening it on steam? That fixed it for me

    It's not quite that bad. The download will work and the black screen thing will get fixed... eventually. In a week/month or so, probably. If you look at it as an investment in the future, it's no waste of money at all. :p

    In the future it may in fact be wise not to buy TellTale Games at all unless they have already released the entire thing.

    This episode format thing is more trouble than it's worth. It's as if we're being used/abused as beta testers.

    Yeah that's what i'm hoping bro. I'll just wait another 2 months to play it then hahaha

    I had a black screen on my windows but it magicly disappeared after waiting for 2-3 minutes without touching anything. It was probably because my computer is kind of below the minimum requirements of this game ^^ so just try to wait when you see black screen.
