Walking dead episode 2

I am waiting for a response from Telltale support about what to do...Walking dead episode 2 downloaded but will not play on Xbox 360. Xbox says they cannot help.

    Okay, I just tried that again and did not work. Also XBOX support went through a bunch of things I could try and it did not work. I cannot play the game and it is a bit frustrating. I brought the game a week ago.
