Spoiler! You destroyed this group!

edited July 2012 in The Walking Dead
When you choose to either kill larry or attempt to save him I chose to save larry and later I had the option to say to kenny. You're a murderor, You destroyed this group, You're no hero! and ... what did you say at this point if had the choice and what do you think the repecussions will be?

I genuinely did not have an answer ready for him because of the way he said he was protecting Clementine. I was angry at how he reacted when my Lee refused to partake in his plan, and the responses available to choose from were all apposite... it's just that i guess the way he just mentioned Clementine... i was kind of grateful but still though he should have waited...

now that i think of it though... there should have been "i don't hold it against you" no?

I think so too, that would've been my prefered choice.

With the limited menu I chose "You're no hero". Lee went on to say "You destroyed two lives in that meat locker. Kenny, you're not a bad man. But, fuck... What the hell are we gonna do now?"

hmm that's actually not so bad though... however, i can't see how "you're no hero" would lead to "you're not a bad man"... TTG generally did a good job at summarising the responses... not like BioWare lol

Hmm, it was probably the most neutral response I could give to that question.

Though knowing Kenny, later on he'll probably say I was raping his mother and pouring sugar in his gas tank while I said it.

    ahahahahaha true :)

also, i don't get why he's so angry... Lee did not try to actively stop him... Lee did not rebuke him until later on... Also, his wife and son were not there so he was not trying to protect them... though he was probably trying to save them :P

I went with "You destroyed this group!"

I didn't say anything - and Kenny went to say something like "Yes, everyone is looking at me like I'm a monster now. First it was Shaun at the barn, now Larry."

    You're a murderer
This is what i call people who trown giant rocks in peoples head
i dont convinced that Larry was dead anyway

I chose the murder option also, as i thought kenny might leave you in a future episode and go hey you told me earlier I destroyed this group so I might as well leave with my family.

I chose the you're no hero response. I thought it was the best of the options. I didn't want to call Kenny a muderer since I kinda agree with what he did. He just needed to wait another 10-15 seconds to remove all doubt. The you destroyed the group is too extreem. Maybe he did maybe not. We'll find out next time.

That was a rough day for everyone. I think it was appropriate to tell Kenny he's not a bad man....yet.

silence hurts him the most from the all options i've seen

I helped destroy Larry's brain so... yeah- none of them, I've got Kenny's back.

I tried to salvage the situation the best I could and my friendship with Kenny, so I picked the "You're no hero" option
  • edited July 2012
I wasnt angry at Kenny or anything, so I just chose "..." option.
Lee gave him sad/dissapointed/uncertain look and Kenny said something like " Fine, fine... everything I do is wrong in your eyes. Whatever, I'll just keep doing what needs to be done." and walked away.

So kinda neutral outcome. We were never friends in the first place ( team Lilly go ! ).

I tried to save Larry and later I said "You murdered Larry". After that, our friendship broke.

3 more episodes before I make judgement on that; right now I'd say thats debatable at least :)

I said nothing, and Kenny wasn't happy with my silence. I figured saying any of those things would have just made it worse.

On my second playthrough I helped killed Larry though, and the conversation is much different.

at least with your no hero you can tell him he's not a bad guy . Maybe a situation will come up in episode three where your needed to rescue someone and kenny says that he's no hero

In the choice where you say nothing, it turns up as "You murdered Larry" in the Ep 3 trailer.

I went with You're no hero! I thought the murder one was to harsh and that he distroyed the group too.

I, like most, took "You're no hero!". I know he did what he thought needed to be done but he should have waited a moment. I didn't wan't to be to hard on him, even though he did not help Lee when Danny attacked. They are supose to be friends, man.
But he's not taking the apocalypse so well. And when it comes to his family being in danger he cares about no one else. And he's just getting colder. He wanted to take over the farm when he got there. And killing Larry did NOT help. Like Lee said, he destroyed himself also.

I didn't say any of those... because I helped kill Larry. Oops! :P

Completely agree. I didn't want to berate him or do anything to make matters worse, so "You're no hero" seemed like the least insulting choice.

I pretty much told Larry not to fuck with me in episode 1. He did...

I picked the '...' option because I didn't want to yell at him. If I had known he would have bitched me out I would've picked something different. There should have been a neutral option there, I guess the closest is the 'You're no hero' option.
