How many parallels to the comics?

You got the possibly dead person with a family member trying to revive them, while someone advocates killing them before they turn.
An abandoned car filled with supplies that is assumed to belong to a dead person.
Alright those are the only ones I can think of at the moment, but there are probably more. Anyone think of any others?

    I was thinking the bandits might actually be the hunters, but maybe I'm just crazy.

    From the looks in the trailer for episode 3, the bandits seem to be attacking the motor inn. This might remind everyone about the situation with the governor and his people going to the prison.
