Question about Carley

edited August 2012 in The Walking Dead
I've seen some play-troughs of The Walking Dead and every time, when Lee is beating up Andy at the ranch, he justs stops and walks away. In my game, Carley had to come and tell me to stop. Why?

Also, Carley did not approach me with a candy-bar like in that "this is gunna happend"-video. Why?

Carly walks over and tells you he's had enough if you continually beat him. If you stop of your own accord she does not.

I believe the developers make the trailer well in advance of the episode being finished, and as such some scenes are altered or do not make it in.

Some scenes ARE altered, such as Carley insisting that you keep the food. It was not an energy bar, but the food that you offered to her in episode 2.

Carley is a Fed. she claimed she was investigating the festival but what kind of Radio Journalist/ Blogger gets perfect head shots every time? and she mentions that the radio station was shut down and she hit the blogosphere.

Hmm. Interesting theory. Doesn't really answer how you back of from Andy. How do you? You just sit and wait for Lee to back off?

Yeah, you just stop clicking the punch option, and Lee stops.

Also, if you don't punch him quickly enough in the first segment, you get another scene that ends in Lee throwing Andy into the electric fence.

That happened in my first play-through. I thought it was cooler then Lee just beating his face and bloating it.

What's odd about the last part? She has to keep her skills sharp, plus she could have done freelance.

Also..anybody can go to the range to practice.

Interesting theory too but why would she keep quiet about it? Such information would give her more weight within the group. "Hey, Larry! See this badge and this gun? Good, now go over there and STFU!"

I just did a playthrough and noticed that the new wounds were appearing on his face right BEFORE each blow landed. That was awesome.

"The Lee says this: if The Lee hits you, he'll kill you. If he misses, the wind behind the punch will give you pneumonia and you'll die anyway, so the choice is yours, jabroni!"

If Carley had done it in the pharmacy in the opening days, then I bet she'd have more pull in the group. Civilization was still "intact" then, with the police and military still fighting the walkers (even though it was a losing battle). Plus, the badge would mean that she has training for situations not LIKE an apocalypse, but training which could at least be applied in this instance, right? Three months in though, and no one would care, so she lost any advantage she MIGHT have had, if she had been a fed. Then again, moving your hand to show someone a badge may be as complicated for her as batteries, so we'll never know.

    carley doesn't think like larry..
she is Confidential..and she will trust lee..
she likes lee as a leader

carley is very clever and vigilant but doug is incurious and apathetic
This is the difference between carley and doug.. I think

I just hope her death isn't canon.
I honestly want her to live, till the very end.
Oh god, Robert Kirkman better not be a discriminative ass.
