Back to the Future PSN CAN NOT DOWNLOAD!! :(

I am trying to purchase BTTF video game from PSN. So far, episode one seems to have downloaded. for free. not sure if it is supposed to be or not though. i am trying to downloaf the remaining episodes..however when I attempt to do that I receive an error message saying something like"not able to access on your account" it does this for episode 2-5. It really sucks because I want to play this game so bad! Please help me telltale! I am told this is happening to numerous people!! Make my :( turn into a :) please!

    That can happen if you're doing a PSN search for the game and trying to access episodes 2-5 without owning the Back to the Future bundle, since we don't sell the episodes individually on PSN. Once the bundle has been purchased, you shouldn't have any issues downloading all 5 episodes.
