Clean install???

Since my completed version of Episode 1 is gone, how would I make a clean install of The Walking Dead game. I have tried removing it via AppZapper and Clean My Mac but when I reinstall, my last saved game is still there and although it says it is Installed, Episode 2 is nowhere to be found.

Therefore the need to have a clean install of fresh game. I will play thru Episode 1 to properly play Episode 2.
